A block is another way of describing a limiting belief. Blocks are created when we have decided we are unable to do something, and therefore a blockage gets in the way of goal achievement. Sometimes this comes from an event, sometimes it’s a belief someone else has shared that becomes absorbed.
Many of us form blocks about our ability to attract people who are good for us into our lives. Our thoughts around our abilities, or our inabilities, become limiting beliefs. By accessing where these beliefs came from, we can challenge them. In challenging them we can break down their hold on us and move forward, in other words release our relationship blocks.
Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
