Guided Meditation: Leaning into Challenges

Leaning into a difficult situation such as a problem at work or the end of a relationship can feel counterintuitive. Afterall, it doesn’t feel very nice! Sometimes we can prefer to avoid facing these challenges to avoid these feelings of discomfort. But it is only by walking through the discomfort that we come out the other side of it better prepared for the next challenge.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
