Self acceptance is about being open to who we really are, accepting that we have no doubt made mistakes and that we have flaws and other things we don’t like about ourselves. As we are all human, we are all imperfect. We can all be imperfect together.
Self acceptance is about not letting those things we don’t like about ourselves define us. When we practice self acceptance we can start to embrace our authentic selves.
This meditation is an invitation to reflect on your sense of The Self. Being open to being who you are through a series of affirmations to start to accept yourself without judgement.
