Guided Meditation: Reframing failure

The feelings associated with having failed at something are not exactly pleasant, but it can be a valuable experience to have not succeeded at the first attempt. Considering failure as a feedback mechanism or a learning experience is a useful way to reframe failure. Instead of only focusing on how we have failed, instead focus on what can be learned for the next time we try to draw valuable insights from this.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
