This anchoring technique allows you to recall an emotion or a state of being by anchoring that feeling to a part of your body.
In this guided meditation you will first create the desired state of being. Ours is a relaxation anchor. Next you are invited to anchor that feeling by pressing your thumb and first finger together. Once you have connected this state of being to your anchor, you can recall the desired state by using your anchor.
