Sometimes when things don’t work out the way we wanted, this is hard. It can feel harder still to watch others succeed if we feel we have failed. Accepting setbacks can be a difficult part of life when emotions are running high.
Filled with affirmations aimed at helping to accept setbacks with grace, this is a guided meditation for accepting perceived defeat in order to celebrate when other people are doing well.
