The emotions of “awe” and “gratitude” are so important in our health and wellbeing. We can experience these feelings of awe and gratitude by just taking a moment to notice how amazing our own bodies are. All the hard work they do, all the protection they give us and support. By feeling grateful for even the smallest things, like our breath and our bodies in the space, we can learn to open ourselves up to feeling grateful for all the bigger, external or material gifts we have been given.
This video will guide you through a gratitude meditation practice for you to practice every day to invite some gratitude for the small things into your life.
Our meditations are all unique and written by us. They are guided and secular. They are a combination of mindfulness, visualisation, emotion-work exercises rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and goal achievement rooted in neurolinguistic programming.
