Confidence is the belief in your own ability to complete something, and complete it to your own ideals of success. Sometimes when we feel overwhelmed by a specific task, or a new task, we may begin to doubt our ability to get the job done. By taking some time to nurture our confidence, we can allow this positive thought to grow and give us back our confidence.
Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.
Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
