We have probably all experienced that ominous feeling when you realise you’ve done something wrong. Maybe this is something simple, like forgetting to meet a friend on time. Perhaps it’s something more complicated, such as hurting someone we love or ourselves. Sometimes everyone makes poor choices that perhaps don’t align with their true values and beliefs, but how do we forgive ourselves? Self-forgiveness is about owning mistakes and the acceptance of consequences with grace. Doing this allows us to move to a place of growth.
Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
Our meditations are all unique and written by us. They are guided and secular. They are a combination of mindfulness, visualisation, emotion-work exercises rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and goal achievement rooted in neurolinguistic programming.
