Guided Meditation: See It To Believe It

Art by Jemma

Visualisation is another way to describing “using the imagination”. How to visualise involves as many of your other senses and emotions as possible. This is what makes visualisation in magickal practice successful.

This visualisation is a starting point to practice this technique, using your own memory. If you can recall and manipulate your memories, you could use that skill to “recall” things that haven’t happened yet. This is the very essence of visualisation in magick.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
