Guided Meditation: Affirmations in times of stress

Stress can be a good thing, sometimes. But at other times it can be challenging to remain calm and remain in control when we feel stressed.

When feeling stressed, it can be important to take a few moments to remind yourself of how well you have coped with similar situations, and how soon this period of stress will pass.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate.

Meditation practice, and this technique, can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising this technique to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with this.
