It can feel so overwhelming trying to complete all the tasks that you have set out to do. There are many things that you can achieve, for the things that are not in your control it can be important to release the feelings, the obligations, and give yourself permission to only have to control those things that are in your control.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
