Guided Meditation: An Invitation to Wisdom

Photos by Jemma

Wisdom could be said to be the highest of qualities. When we pay attention to our wisdom we are able to invite our intuition to guide us, and suspend our need to be authoritarian. All too often we are inhibited by our logical mind, who prefers to work in the space of questions and answers. Let’s invite our wisdom to guide us.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
