Guided Meditation: Managing Anxiousness

Many people can feel anxious from time to time, and for lots of people the symptoms are troublesome and may even become an issue, a source of worry, in and of themselves. This is a guided meditation to allow yourself an opportunity to gain insight in your symptoms, and develop a management strategy that can be helpful when symptoms appear.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
