Guided Meditation: Compassion for Others

Developing compassion towards others starts with an acceptance that all people are just having an experience, all people can make mistakes. Looking at our experiences and reducing the impact a vivid memory can have on us all us an opportunity to just observe any difficult feelings from a place of acceptance and compassion.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
