Guided Meditation: Compassion for Others

Developing compassion towards others starts with an openness to one’s own fallibility. Remembering that actually, everyone has the potential to get it wrong sometimes.

By learning to observe difficult feelings, such as annoyance or anger, from a place of acceptance and compassion, we can be more forgiving of others when they make mistakes. This will improve our relationships with others no end!
