A hurtful relationship can leave us with extra weight. By freeing up our thoughts we can start to work through any interpersonal or internal conflict the relationship has caused. By doing this, insight can also be gained into the positives that can be taken from the relationship, and allow us to move forward with the good and leave behind the bad.
Here we have some pointers on how to meditate.
Meditation practice, and this technique, can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising this technique to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with this.
