Guided Meditation: Give Constructive Feedback

Photos by Magenta School of Magick

Sometimes when we are asked to give feedback this can feel awkward, especially when we know we have to be honest when someone isn’t learning from their mistakes. Constructive criticism should help others learn and grow. Giving feedback without judgement, that provides others with an understanding of how to improve, is key to giving feedback that helps, not hurts.

Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
