Coming to a crossroads, such as the end of a relationship or moving jobs can leave us feeling confused and hesitant. That alongside all the feelings, conversations or associations that keep us trapped only adds to a sense of overwhelm. By releasing that which no longer serves us, we can start to work through any interpersonal or internal conflict and can gain valuable insight into what might be next for us, as we move towards a new normal.
