Inner knowledge, or intuition, is an incredibly powerful tool for decision making. Because this inner knowledge often appears in the mind without using thinking or logic processes, it ensures we respond in the moment. If we can learn to quieten the chatter brain when we ask the difficult questions, there’s every chance the answer will come.
