Acknowledging the inconvenience of a difficult situation is one small part of overcoming challenges. Sometimes we can prefer to find fault at the challenge presenting itself in the first place in order to avoid facing it. Sometimes we prefer to wait for the challenge to go away on its own. It is only by becoming solution focused, rather than problem focused, that we can move past difficulties.
Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.
Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
