Limiting beliefs are created when we have decided we are unable to do something, or when we believe it if others tell us so. In challenging and re-writing these, we can break down their hold on us and move forward with increased confidence and a renewed sense of self-esteem.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
