The experience of processing emotional pain can be overwhelming. This pain may be after a loss, perhaps after experiencing something traumatic. It can sometimes feel like the emotional pain is becoming the problem, not just a symptom. Through releasing the hold this pain has, we can begin to process the cause and move past it.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
