Change can bring with it feelings of anxiety and a sense of loss. Maybe this is a loss because something is ending, maybe this is a loss of control. In these moments, it’s worth bringing awareness to the things within our control, even if this is simply how we respond to change. This meditation is an invitation to let go of the tension and anxiety that comes with change, and to open up to the possibilities that it can bring.
Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
