Formulation is a technique used in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy that helps to identify where there might be strong links or repeating patterns between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. If we can identify these patterns, there is the potential to work towards a solution based on what those patterns tell us.
For this guided meditation, you could choose to use a pen and some paper to note down any patterns you identify.
