Sometimes making healthier choices for our bodies is not as easy as we’d like. Occasionally, we have to lean into our unconscious mind to set our goals, and sometimes we have to ask our unconscious mind to gross us out if we’re stuck in a pattern of making unhealthy choices. This is called “aversion”.
Here we have some pointers on how to meditate, plus some of our other guided meditations available.
This meditation uses aversion techniques. Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
