Guided Meditation: Finding patience

Patience is oftentimes associated with the ability to wait. But, patience isn’t just about waiting…its about how we react to the wait.

Waiting can be frustrating, which is an emotion connected to not feeling in control or an emotion connected to not having a certain need met when those needs arise.

Take some time to develop patience so you can access this ability in all areas of life where you bump up against frustration. Click the link!

Guided Meditation: Building optimism

Optimists are more likely to find the glass is half full when things go wrong. Not so they downplay an issue, its so they can focus on solutions and not how they reacting in the moment.

Learning to spot just one positive aspect in the face of a problem, can build this skill overtime. So our resilience, our ability to cope when things go wrong, can help us as we find solutions.

Today’s meditation is an invitation to start this. By finding one small positive in a problem, you can build up your resilience and optimism.
