“Stress” is how we react when we feel that pressure to get things done. A little bit of stress can be motivating, and useful, but a lot of it and a lot of it all of the time can quickly turn from helpful to harmful.

Stress management can come in the form of problem-focused coping, which is directly engaging with or removing the source of the stress, or emotion-focused coping, which is directly engaging with or removing the emotions produced by the source of the stress.

Our holistic therapeutic services are aimed at spiritually minded people who want to benefit from humanistic magick as a catalyst in order to improve their work and their lifestyle, including managing their stress. Whilst our holistic therapeutic approach is not intended to replace traditional therapy to uncover deep rooted issues, it could be used to complement it as a support service.

Our 5 session stress management package is designed to meet your specific objectives. We begin our first session with goal setting to ensure that the remaining four sessions are bespoke, and designed with your needs in mind.

We follow a strict code of ethics to provide a relationship based on unconditional positive regard, being non judgemental, using empathy and listening to you.

As a proactive contributor to your own success, you are provided with a range of tools to use in between our 5 sessions to ensure that our time together is as impactful, and successful, as possible.

We provide a safe, confidential space for you understand your relationship with yourself in order to make desired changes around your stress levels. We offer our sessions as in person sessions, or virtual sessions. Sometimes a mixture of these things is helpful.

You will have one to one, personal access to a certified Professional Life Coach and Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner, who is also a qualified hypnotherapist with training in Humanistic Counselling techniques.

Our diverse skills in coaching, tarot, hypnotherapy and meditation can help you manage your stress in five sessions by helping you to recognise what is in your control and help you to control those controllables. We help you to establish reasonable boundaries, practise positive self talk and where appropriate, work on any underlying issues that may be blocking your abilities to successfully manage your stress.
