Guided Meditation: Astral Projection

Astral projection refers to a kind of out of body experience achieved whilst in a hypnagogic state. This is the space between awake and asleep.

It is in this deep state of relaxation when it becomes possible to remote view the environment without physically going anywhere. Some people call this ability to see spaces while deeply relaxed “astral projection”.

Today’s meditation is an invitation to fall into a deep state of relaxation in order to remote view your surroundings.

Guided Meditation: Working with emotions

When thinking about emotions, we tend to label these as “good” and “bad” and perhaps we are aware that some emotions are more socially acceptable, others less so.

These labels can lead to a sense of judgement. Judgement about others, and judgement about ourselves. But what if we gave up these labels for just a short time, and sat with our emotions just as they are.

Today’s meditation is an invitation to reflect on your emotions without judgement. Click the link!

We just have to go back and access that.

This guided meditation aims to do just that. So click the link to get this guided meditation and there’s also a free worksheet to note down anything you think will help.
