This is our final part. This guided meditation is an invitation to control the response to pain. If we can learn to control our response to pain, and ease the emotional difficulties that come with living with pain, this can improve resilience.

This is part two. This partially guided meditation is an invitation to focus your attention on the sensation of breathing. To stay present with the breath, so that we can allow the sensations of pain to fall into the background.
