Stress can be a good thing, sometimes. But at other times it can be challenging to remain calm and remain in control when we feel stressed.
This meditation is an invitation to reflect on your coping mechanisms and, through a series of affirmations, start to accept the things that are outside of your control without judgement. You are stronger than you think!

Meditation practice, and this technique, can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising this technique to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with this.
