Guided Meditation: Fast Forward Through Anxiousness

We all feel anxious from time to time. Often in response to worry about a future event. How amazing would it be if we could time travel to a place in the future, after this worrisome event has happened and we could see how it turned out?

This is a guided meditation to invite you to travel to a place in time to the successful conclusion of an event you are feeling worried about.

Meditation practice can produce unwanted effects in people who might be more sensitive. We encourage anyone who is unsure about practising meditative techniques to seek appropriate professional support before experimenting with meditation.
